Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — which is right?

Workspace if your team lives in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides and you want simple. Microsoft 365 if you're heavy on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Teams. We recommend on team comfort and software you already use, not on price (they're similar).

How much does business email cost?

Around AED 30–60 per user per month for either Workspace or Microsoft 365 (depending on tier), plus the one-off setup project. Far less than the cost of a single phishing or breach incident on consumer email.

Can you migrate existing email and files?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we migrate from Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, cPanel email and most legacy providers. Mailbox history, calendars, contacts, files — moved with no loss, with a tested cutover.

Question 4

What about VPN or international access?

Accepted Answer

We can set up business VPN for remote teams accessing UAE-only services, plus secure conditional-access policies that allow your team to work from anywhere safely. We do not advise on circumventing UAE telecom regulations.

Can you work with us if we don't live in the UAE?

Yes — most of our clients are based outside the UAE when they first engage us. We sign and onboard remotely, collect documents through a secure portal, and only need you in person for steps that the authorities require, such as biometrics for your residency visa.
