Is health insurance compulsory in the UAE?

Yes. In Dubai (DHA) and Abu Dhabi (DoH) it's mandatory for every resident, and the sponsor — your employer or your trade licence — is required to provide a minimum plan. Family members are usually the resident's responsibility and must also be covered.

Basic plans cover an essential network of clinics and hospitals (often crowded, longer waits) with capped maternity and chronic care. Comprehensive plans give you the wider Aster/Mediclinic/NMC network, faster appointments, and meaningful maternity, mental-health and overseas cover. We show the practical difference.

Do you cover insurance for parents on a visit visa?

Yes — short-stay travel insurance is now mandatory for visit-visa entries. We arrange it before they fly, on plans that include the major UAE hospitals.

What if we need to see a specialist abroad?

Accepted Answer

Most comprehensive plans include international cover (often elective in Asia, emergency worldwide) — we confirm this on the plan you choose so you're not surprised at point of need.

Can you work with us if we don't live in the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most of our clients are based outside the UAE when they first engage us. We sign and onboard remotely, collect documents through a secure portal, and only need you in person for steps that the authorities require, such as biometrics for your residency visa.
